  • Chemex
  • Paper Filter
  • 20g Coffee, medium coarse grind
  • 220ml Water

Recipe

  1. Get your filter paper ready in a conical shape.
  2. Place your filter paper on the Chemex and add some hot water to preheat the equipment and the filter paper. Discard this water.
  3. Add 20 gms of coffee grounds.
  4. Add 60 ml of hot water and give it a stir.
  5. Add another 160 ml of hot water. 
  6. Let it brew for 1 - 2 mins.
  7. After all the water drips through the coffee grounds, remove the filter paper with the coffee grounds
  8. Pour your coffee into a glass and enjoy.
