Excellent Bean Quality - Very Satisfied

Dear Bombay Island Team,

I recently ordered the taster pack - Whole beans) and I must say I am so glad I did that. I liked the idea of bringing in beans in varying roasts as that helps one understand and savour different flavours. I started with Dark Roast (Spice, Nuts and Dark Chocolote) and it was so good. Although I have always had a soft corner for Dark roast, this time I also enjoyed the Medium roast (Citrus, Orange and Candy) too. Yet to go to Cocoa Caramel and Nut which i'm sure will be equally satisfying.
I really appreciate the fact that the beans were roasted after I placed my order which has helped the aromas stay intact. I have kept in the freezer to retain freshness as I finish each pack. Please do suggest if there is a better practice.

    My new favourite coffee, and I've tried many! I use their Dark Roast coffee in Aeropress grind in a coffeemaker and there isn't the slightest hint of a burnt or acidic taste, which I was getting with other brands. Very nice and smooth if you drink it plain. If you're on the fence, try their sampler pack. All three kinds in it were great. I just wish they had more varieties in the sampler packs so I could try all their coffees! Until then I'm sticking with this one. If you like a lighter coffee their Bynemara (medium dark roast) is also excellent. I'm surprised they don't seem to be that well known. I find their ground coffee much better than Starbucks, Blue Tokai, or Lavazza.
