All domestic orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on the pin code. For all domestic orders above INR 500, delivery is free.
All deliveries are done by our selected courier partners. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an intimation from Bombay Island Coffee Company along with the tracking details of your order.
In case of International orders, est. time of delivery can be confirmed basis the postal code and any applicable shipping restrictions. Shipping charges may be extra.
Coffee is a valuable and perishable consumable commodity. Once grounded to your choice, the same coffee can't be shipped to a different customer. Therefore, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
We source our coffee from the finest estates in India and process it methodically to deliver the same great taste every time. However, in case you’re unsatisfied with the quality of our coffee purchases from any of the authorised channels (our website, e-commerce partners such as Amazon, our cafes/store, or any promotional setups), please contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery date on firstname.lastname@example.org. Basis the details of the case, we'll be able to guide you with possibility of refunds/replacements.
In such communications, please make sure to include:
- Your name
- Date & proof of purchase (invoice)
- The items you would like returned and/or refunded
- The reason for the return
Refunds on coffee subscription purchases will be on pro-rata basis subject to the number of shipments remaining.
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 days of notification. The duration of time taken for the refund to be credited to the customer's account/payment method is subject to the clearing cycle of the customer's bank and is outside the purview of Bombay Island Coffee Company.
The refund will be processed back to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. The refund will be reflected in 8-9 working days in your account.
