Coffee is good but the paper packaging needs to be changed

I received freshly roasted beans, just a day old, so i let it de-gas for 2 to 3 days, and then used for espresso, french press, clever dripper and even aeropress. It has a very pleasant taste if brewed well, not too bitter and has some sweet notes to it.
