Got my coffee within 3 days of ordering. Tried the Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold Dark Roast and Bynemara Estate Medium Dark Roast. Mysore Nuggets is great with milk, while Bynemara works well both black and with milk.
One sample pack was missing from my initial order, but the team quickly sent another sample package after I reached out. Great coffee and great customer service!

I ordered a taster pack with 4 med-dark 75gm packs but got completely different order with only 3 packs where one was dark roast, one med-dark and the other was medium roast. I wrote to them through their website and was ghosted. Never ordering from here again. Good bye.

I had an issue with a order...it was solved really quickly by service staff and it was quick and easy 😁

All the options that I received are nice, but I loved "Bynemara Estate" the most.

Hi. While the coffees were good the grind size was a little too fine for my home espresso machine. You need to build an option to fine tune the grind sizes a little more (I would like the espresso grind but a little more coarser, just one or 2 settings) to avoid the coffee tasting bitter at a hard tamp. If you can customise the grind settings would be happy to go for a subscription option. Loved the single estate and espresso blends
